Nice to see a new BOSS. 👍
The '69 BOSS 429 is the most beautiful car in the world for me (the 302 looks almost exactly the same though), so I love that they use that "brand" again.

Black/Red? yuck...

Orange/Black? Do want.

Specs sound good, however, given how much they seem to be touting all the work that was done to it, I'm not sure a sub 40k price is in the future for this car. Still a sweet car.

Fixed 👍

If you want the video in your original post just put this part: jfVXBjeZBks?fs in YOUTUBE tags ;)

Thanks for the fix, I was racking my brain trying to figure out why it would not post?

adjustable suspension off a factory car? Minilite-esque wheels and an engine cover that actually looks good!

Seems Ford in getting the hang of it again. Let's wait to hear how it actually does, but for the money (around 45k, maybe), it seems pretty good.

Fantastic.

It's good just by the way it looks, and if it's actually faster than the already fast GT it will be phenomenal. Looking forward to see it against the Camaro SS on a review.

440hp, and according to Ford can pull 1.0g skidpad and can lap a typical road course 2 seconds faster than a standard GT. 👍

Oh my god. This car is everything I asked for to be improved in the mustang. The steering wheel is still a little clunky looking, but they must have been reading my posts because those illegible retro gauges are GONE! Woo! So glad they replaced those. I need to get a job so I can go buy one.

Nice, no silly supercharger, just the same NA smooth power delivery coupled to an improved suspension, that's what GM should have done to the Z/28.

This car sucks big time, because it just made me make a mess all over the front of my pants.:dopey::O

I agree, before I was all being like "So what, a superhcarged LSA Camaro will still be pretty awesome" but now that Ford has this, Chevy will look foolish with a Z/28 that didn't go down the same track hardened path. I'm sure the Camaro has much more weight to lose as well.:ouch:

It kind of sucks that Ford Australia have been using the Boss moniker for years on the extremely un-impressive 5.4L DOHC V8 in the Falcons (way too heavy, not much low end grunt), so when the 5.0L comes to Australia it won't be the hallowed return of the Boss, just the next model along.

I wonder why they put side-pipes on the car. Is the weight worth it? I've never seen that done before.

That's funny, because if I had the car I'd get an aftermarket side exit exhaust happening, like the race cars of old, for the heritage, performance and sound factors. :)
I think the factory setup is rather useless, you're right it's not worth the weight.

I see no side pipes in those pictures.

Because those aren't all the pictures.

Guess an H-pipe wasn't cool enough. Also, check out all of those kinks in the exhaust.

Oic. I think it's pretty idiotic to put both of them on there. It's just wasted metal and weight. The side pipes don't have mufflers, but I don't see a cutoff switch anywhere, and the main pipes still have mufflers, soo...I don't really see how this is supposed to work. All that for a bit of noise? I'd just take the mufflers off, but that's just me lol.

Loving the smashed resonator (glasspack?) there on the right (rear exit) exhaust. Wonderful for press pictures!
