I definitely did not have 10 wins. And Carb should be the points leader.

Great, now this fantasy league is facing a Richmond-like scenario. :p

No, I'm the points leader, Carb only got one more point than me, and he had 2 less wins than me pre-chase, so he's 3 points back of me in 2nd.

I made my picks on my mobile device and must have clicked three chase drivers by mistake as I wanted to pick JPM but must have hit Johnson instead. With that said I am willing to accept any penalties handed down.

Justin gets a 50 point penalty for actions detrimental to something :dopey: .

Wasn't there a non chase driver option in the pick form? I cant remember.

Maybe Justin updated the pick form sometime during the week? I made my picks Saturday evening, and one of the lists was non-chase drivers. I can't remember if there were two other lists or just one, but they involved the Chase guys.

I don't remember the list changing through the week even though I changed my picks a couple times.

Yeah, I changed my picks right before the race IIRC, and the form was the same as the Tuesday when I first made my picks

Sorry for the lack of response, it hasn't been a very good week for time. Anyways, I managed to massively 🤬 up the standings and will try and get new ones up tomorrow. Also, the only people who selected 3 chase drivers were the two who didn't submit any selections, the other person is just one I messed up on.

Apologies.

Also, I have decided to get rid of the Chase driver rule affective this week, you do not need to select a non-chase driver.

No problem, the getting rid of the non-Chase driver rule makes things interesting though

I'm starting to wonder if Justin works for NASCAR...:sly:

So is there gonna be a penalty for the two that didn't pick and got 3 chase drivers when it was physically impossible for everybody else to do it?

Traditional Standings:

Legend:
CP = Consecutive Pick used for selection
R = Driver failed to finish
PX = 10 point penalty for selection

They will be forced to write a 10,000 word report on why Justin Bieber is so great.

To actually answer your question, they are already over 2,000 points behind so I don't see what penalizing someone beyond the penalties they received for picking someone with no CP's.

Did you double check to see if I had 2/5/20 instead of 2/5/22? I really thought I had picked the 5 and 20 for my two chase drivers. It sucks that this was the one time I didn't PM my picks as a backup precaution.

Yes.

Picks submitted.
#5 Kasey Kahne.
#20 Matt Kenseth.
#24 Jeff Gordon.

Not really a good "penalty" if they just get the highest placing non-Chaser for free...

That's who they picked.

Edit:
2- Brad Keselowski
20- Matt Kenseth
48- Jimmie Johnson

Picks
#5
#39
#78

I was going to go with the #5 as well, but I didn't feel like using a CP on him. So...my picks are:

#39 Ryan Newman
#48 Jimmie Johnson
#78 Kurt Busch

Could be interesting as we tied last week. We shall see what happens.

I might change my picks, I'm still not fully sure! It will be interesting week as seems we been pretty matched

Aren't my points still calculated incorrectly though?

#24, #39, #48.

I'm gonna lose this week, so let's try 5, 39, 48

I think this is who I picked. How are they looking so far?

Edit: Looks like I'm done after two disastrous weeks to start this out.

OK, probably should have used the CP on Kenseth, but oh well

4th, 15th, 16th.

You should have 4127 + whatever you get this week if I did my math right
