You've never seen any other team make a mistake during a pit stop? And have you seen his pace? Even if they managed to change tyres in an instant, he's not catching Sebastian any time soon.

And now we have proof that even the top driver isn't immune to pitstop hiccups.

He may. Incident is under investigation. I am crossing my fingers that Hamilton gets a drive-through.

Hamilton with a drive-through.

And he gets it

I normally don't care, but I am in a series where I am 8 behind the leader, he picked Hamilton I picked Rosberg.

Well-deserved penalty for Lewis Hamilton. That was a stupid move.

Massa and Hamilton is such a couple.. they now both have drive through penalty

Iffy decision by the stewards (regarding LH in my opinion) ... but ah well, that's F1.

The Skysports guys are having a terrible time admitting Ham was at fault.:dunce:

Really? Bottas who has been going backwards all race attacks a faster car who had just lapped him? I don't see how that was Lewis's fault.

Could go either way. Bottas was along-side Lewis and then Lewis moves up not giving him any space.

Why always me?

I agree that was a genuine hiccup, because they were confused with the tyres..
But with the Webber's first pit stop.. it was a normal scheduled pit stop.. it was just hard to believe..

Lewis knew he was there. Moved over a bit to squeeze, and moved over a bit too much. Bottas was fully alongside him and had nowhere to go.

And Bottas wasn't the first driver to unlap himself in this race. With the changing conditions, there are times when backmarkers are faster than the guys who are lapping them.

EDIT: Go Crash-tor, Go. :D

Button running 4th after Hamilton's drive-through, with Perez in 6th. Could be set for their best finish all season if the conditions stay as they are.

And Maldonado spins it after tapping Vergne's rear-right.

Thought race started 6. FUUUUUU--------------------

What about McLaren's botched pitstops in the past few years? Not really convincing if you use that particular occasion to back your argument about RBR's shenanigans. Things like this do happen sometimes. It's a big possibility that it's just a genuine mistake.

It's getting a little bit wacky here. Not much of a wackiness as last year though.

Very dense fog, and Vergne DOES NOT deserve any penalty, it was Maldonado being Maldonado

Interesting comment from STAR: Renault won the last championship of the V10 era... now they win the last one of the V8 era. Nice way to bookend it.

Can someone tell Pastor that cars just don't disappear even when you leave them room and then finally decide to shut the door on them at your leisure. Even with the viability being strange I doubt he can claim he didn't see Vergne.

Webber ending his F1 career with a spot on the podium and the fastest race lap. Not a bad way to top it off.

So long Webber.

Really annoyed Vettel didn't let Webber past. Have some heart, man.

Vettel get a penalty for crossing the pit lane entry white line on last lap? ;)

Don't you know that JEV was trying to sabotage him?

What do I do. I tied with the leader. We are tied in wins overall.

A record was at stake, hell would freeze over first... understandably.

Helmet off, outclasses the lame donuts.

Tenner says Webber gets fined for taking helmet off.

Nice one Webber. Not every day you see an F1 driver driving the car sans-helmet.

No doubt Mark will get fined for removing his helmet.
