That engine must have enough turbo pressure to turn coal into diamonds.
Leonidae@MFTI'd love to see this beast in 3-door form.![]()
The C63 AMG has '6.3' emblazoned in huge letters on the side, but it has a 6.2. It's because of 'tradition' apparently.![]()
Right, and it has nothing to do with the fact that it's a 4-cylinder 5-door.![]()
DenilsonThis is the Volvo way..
Nowadays, the Volvos are only named with C (Coupe), S (Sedan), V (Wagon)or XC (Cross Country).
And the numbers following the latter is the models number. The bigger car, the bigger number.
C30
V50
S80
XC60
XC90
and so on. 👍
But it's ofc not impossible for another manufactor to use the same method, but I doubt Mercedes want to replicate Volvo in any way.![]()
It seems all nice and tidy until you get to the D24 engined 240s in general, B27 engined 240 GLTs, B230FT engined 760s, B204GT engined 960s... but in general, you're right. That's car-model: 9
Number of Cylinders: 6
Number of doors: 4/5
Doesn't really strike me as a Mercedes from the rear.
sumbrownkidDoesn't really strike me as a Mercedes from the rear.
I totally agree, the car has no brand identity, even if the three pointed star was shown. I guess Mercedes have really stepped out the boat with this design to attract people - and I can say that the rear isn't very attractive at all.![]()
How about white with black spoiler, black rims, black side mirrors and black front/rear lips?
62mpg? Really?
