Wednesday Night NASCAR! Your new favorite station- FOX Sports 1- is the channel showing off tonight's intense action. The last time the NASCAR Trucks raced on Wednesday night, it was the epic MudSummer Classic at Eldora. Now, it's about Thunder Valley and about 36 trucks ready to take on a high-banked short track in northeastern Tennessee called Bristol.

Good luck to all drivers and teams tonight.

Final Practice going on right now for the Trucks. I didn't know James Buescher is from Texas. Yep- Plano, TX. Of course, it's great seeing fellow Texans in racing, speaking as a native of the Lone Star State.

Incoming!
Advocare to team with Roush Fenway & Trevor Bayne in 2014 Nationwide Season.

I know that Bayne got lucky to win the Daytona 500, but I'm still amazed that no one can get enough sponsorship for him to run more in the Cup series. Even the 21 car doesn't seem to be running as often as it was a few years ago with Trevor in the car.

Harvick talks about the Legacy of Dale Earnhardt. The video actually brought a tear to my eye! Now that Adovocare is leaving RCR, I'm sure Richard will find another sponsor that will allow the #3 car to be black in 2014 for the cup series.

Guys, they painted the walls at Bristol black, I personally ****ing love it and hope this becomes a yearly tradition

Waiting for who first on saturday night says "Not my fault I hit the wall, I never knew it was there!!"

I'm pretty sure the walls were black last year too if I recall because it was odd at first.

Edit: Nevermind, it was just the inside walls.

I'm a bit skeptical on the black walls at night. I would fear that I'd probably get ridden up the race track to where I'd end up unintentionally scraping the wall. Or maybe my car would just walk up the track in the corners to where I'd try to avoid hitting the wall. I don't know... it just scares me a bit having these walls on an oval, especially for a night race.

The track is white concrete, so a black wall provides a better contrast than having a white wall.

Hehe, just found this:

2 reasons I decided to post:

1. Little did we know, Mike Stefanik became an overnight meme right after the Battle at the beach
2. He won the race today.

Brandon Jones, Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney, and Darrell Wallace Jr.... a scrappy bunch of young 'uns all dressed up and ready to go for tonight. Trucks about to get turned loose soon enough. Reach up there and pull them belts tight! We're going racin' at Bristol!

Put on a great show, and once again- good luck to all drivers and teams tonight.

This is amazing  NSFW

Small world, I'm part of the same racing league of Jake, the guy who made this.
And if you look at his other videos......... yes, the crazy iRacing Aussie is completely legit. You should of heard him at the Glen when Ambrose wrecked.
Also, my personal favorite of his (NSFW of course)

I guess this is Kyle's new burnout, best one I've ever seen and I hope he wins a Cup race so we can see it in a Cup car

Just when I thought his Watkins Glen Celebration was brilliant, he pulls this out of nowhere.

He did this at Watkins Glen when he won, the commentators were amazed and stated that they found a new way to do a burnout. I just think it wasn't as long hanging out the car.

I was a little worried he would hit the wall but that's pretty awesome to watch.

Peters pretty much made some shady moves to me like the move on Blaney which was a cheap shot, then to try to win the race he turned in to Kyle about at the line to slow or hook him.

Wait a minute, is he turning the wheel with his legs?

I'm kind of surprised NASCAR hasn't put an end to it yet...

I'm sure the first one from Kyle wasn't terrible as car wasn't really going anywhere, Ty's was ok. This one could have got ugly in a hurry.

Well it hasn't harmed anyone yet (that and I'm sure Kyle Busch along with Ty Dillon and Kyle Larson and others had to have practiced those similar burnouts) so I don't see any reason for them to do anything about it.

Meh, worst he could've did was hit the wall. As far as I can workout, he wasn't far enough out of the vehicle that he could've hurt himself.
