Think Bliss and Yeley are good based off of owners points.
Believe it or not, there are actually more people locked in now then the top 35 rule. If somebody can do the math, I think the top 40 in owners points in 2012 are now locked into this race.
 
It's either 38 or 40.

But still, the slowest in each duel race of the ones that have to get in during those races are out and until qualifying ends Sunday, we can't really guess who it will be.
 
I think it's 41 because there is no need for the PCP (All 8 champions are locked in based on owner points regardless)
EDIT: With Jayski's entry list I've calculated who is locked in and who isn't based simply on owners points.
THE 3 DRIVERS WHO ARE NOT LOCKED IN NO MATTER WHAT:
Patrick: 42nd in Owners points
Bliss: 45th in Owners points
Speed: 43rd in Owners points
If the top 40 are locked in, Joe isn't locked in.
If the top 39 are locked in, Joe and Wise are not locked in.
If the top 38 are locked in, Joe, Wise, and McDowell are not locked in.
(Here's hoping Danica wrecks in the duels again and has to go home)

That's not true at all. In theory, the 8th place person in owner's points could miss the race if all of the top 8 drivers were not among the 36 fastest cars in qualifying. While it's not likely, it is possible.

At Daytona, it's more likely that highly ranked cars could miss the race, as "qualifying" requires finishing a 60-lap heat race. Imagine a wreck that wipes out 10 top-quality cars. The lowest finishing 2 or 3 (based on last season's owner's points) would miss the race, no matter who they were.

Hell I don't care who wins tomorrow but I am ready for start of the season! I can't remember being this excited in year but guess it's because I've already been to Daytona to start racing year.

I think Kurt will do just fine, however I don't expect him to win any events though.

That's right, blame the guy who was run over. You might want to check the news feeds first though, Kenseth already admitted 100% responsibility for comming down on top of him.
