Yeah just after I posted that I went to the JRM website and read the press release.

That was my first thought too.I wasn't aware of the switch to the #7.
They did this all in the last day or 2. Now the weird thing is Danica at Turner for a few races, and they got another kid coming in for some truck races along with K&N.
I'm a little worried about some of their drivers like Nelson as nothing has been said.
Danica driving Nationwide for Turner Motorsports? Danica Patrick will drive for Turner Motorsports in her 10-race commitment to this year's Nationwide Series schedule, sources tell espnW.com. Driving for JR Motorsports in her first full-time Nationwide season last year, Patrick produced the highest final points finish (10th) among women in NASCAR history. She will begin her partial campaign in NASCAR's second-tier series on Feb. 23 at Daytona International Speedway in conjunction with her first full Sprint Cup season with Stewart-Haas Racing the same weekend. Turner Motorsports was a fit for Patrick not just because it fields Hendrick Motorsports-produced Chevy like Stewart-Haas. Richard Childress Racing vice president of competition Mike Dillon told espnW.com in November that his organization had discussed the possibility of Patrick driving his team's #33 Chevy, saying "we would love to run Danica. We think we could do a lot with her." Dillon's team already had re-signed three-time Sprint Cup champion Tony Stewart, who has six wins in 13 Nationwide starts at Daytona, for the opener, however, and Patrick's management team preferred the continuity of allying with one organization for her supplemental program. Though not all details concerning Patrick's remaining schedule have been finalized, she is expected to race it with Turner. Patrick's Turner Motorsports car would be sponsored by GoDaddy.com, sources said. Her schedule is expected to include events at Talladega and Watkins Glen.
Brandon Jones to drive two races for Turner: Fifteen year old Brandon Jones, a Sophomore at Mooresville (NC) High School, will drive in four different series for Turner Motorsports (TMS) in 2013. While driving for Eddie Sharp Racing in 2012, Jones competed in the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) and in the United Auto Racing Association (UARA) Series. He finished fifth in the UARA final standings in his first season, which included a win at Concord Speedway, while racking up an impressive five top-five and eleven top-10 finishes in 22 races. In 2013, Jones will race the full UARA season, seven NASCAR K&N Pro Series East (NKNPSE) races, two NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) events and selected NASCAR Late Model Stock races under the Turner Motorsports banner. At Turner Motorsports, Jones will work under the tutelage of Mike Greci, a stock car racing veteran, famed NASCAR crew chief and NASCAR driver development expert. Greci will now serve as Turner Motorsports' Competition Director for the NKNPSE teams. In addition to Greci, NCWTS winner Cale Gale will continue his longtime mentoring relationship with Jones. Gale recently rejoined Turner Motorsports as crew chief and will continue to groom Jones for his climb up the racing ranks. (Turner Motorsports)(1-2-2013)

I bet they don't care about kenseth and are just updating the team look...
Yes she does. Because she's a girl. Remember ladies first??She still doesn't need a Cup ride though. Not yet.

"Overall, Hamlin said the cars are able to pass better than they did a year ago, although he admitted that closing in on lead cars remains a struggle. Logano said drivers have to learn new techniques to pass."
Sweet, Aero push is still a problem. They have more grip, more downforce, more speed, and more of the same follow-the-leader crap. Is there a way that Nascar can prevent those retardedly huge leads once drivers get into clean air??
Edit: Oh yeah, is there any way we can kinda "black ball" that guy?
Stupid Chqr, your drivers only have a total of 32 wins.![]()
There's 32 points paying races, I believe.![]()
36, actually.
36, actually. Someone with a win could finish worse than 21st in points, though. It happened to David Ragan (23rd), Regan Smith (26th), and Trevor Bayne (53rd, not racing for Cup points) in 2011.
Knowing that, the remaining 4 wins will go to Martin/Vickers. 👍
