That race was awesome! The cars sounded different, like a lower-deeper tone. But great race
Non the less. And my guy won :)

I hate Harvick! Just kiidding, I just really, REALLY wanted Montoya to win. Also wanted Matt to win gut oh well. As for all the wrecking between drivers, I don't blame anyone really. Most of the drivers were most likely just frusturated. Typical short track, short fuse racing. All though I do love seeing Brad get bad luck left and right... I don't like brad, so what.

Poor Montoya.

Oh, and Aric Almirola has finished in the top ten 3 straight times now, the longest streak in Cup. Go back to the second post in this entire thread. :)

Montoya still has it, but the Ganassi team does not. Earnhardt Ganassi is a 3rd tier team

Lots of drivers lose races in the same way Montoya did. Unfortunately for Montoya his car is not good enough to keep giving him shots at a win

Can somebody seriously kick Vickers in the nuts?

He blew a tire, jeez man. Just think, if Denny was in the car, that would've ended Denny for the season. I was hoping Kyle would wreck Haevick by accidentally pretending to blow a tire or something.

RACECAR, how's your Dad doing?

Don't be dissin on Depends, my son is wearing them right now (at the hospital still). Maybe I should write a "42" on the back :sly:

RACECAR, how's your Dad doing?

He's doing fine, his knee is just swelling up. Doctors haven't been able to figure out why its happing, but that's the only issue so far today.

How's your Son?

It was probably like that because the drivers were scared at first and wanted to get the feel for the car in a pack that large. Look at the 2001 Talladega 500 for example, the first Restrictor Plate race after Sr. died and boom, no cautions.

Son is still about the same, no significant changes. The runs started back a little, indicates he's still fighting the virus. They're going to feed him via IV later. They wanted to by mouth, but apparently it's not time for that. Lots of sleep. And watching Cars when he's awake.

My Sling is dead. No lights, status: not ready, and version 0.0.0, Peetsuh tried it on Hopper 2 and still nothing. It doesn't make sense because I can see my recordings, just can't watch or delete anything. Communicating with Dish via Dish App Support and Twitter :).

I still have RR3, HBO GO, Epix, and Netflix to keep me busy.

'Dega better not be a big long snake for 3 friggin hours like it was a couple of years ago.

Kurt's NNS car for Dega.

Neil Bonnet throwback, I'm assuming?

I know the nationwide race at dega will be good, but with the current package the cup series has there it's bound to be even more boring than Daytona.

I hope NASCAR changed something about the plate rules to improve the racing

Like I said a few posts up, I have little to no hope that the "Big Three" idiots are going to do anything. 👎 As long as the rolling billboards are easily visible, they're happy.

Well get ready for 4 hours of follow the leader action, the nationwide race should be beast however.

Then its probably more worth your time to just avoid the races period.

Anyway, here is Danica's NNS for Dega. Look very closely at the name rails.

Someone at TDS dun goofed and just left Justin Allgaier's name up there instead of putting Danica Patrick's name on there.

If I was working there, they wouldn't have this hilariously obvious oversight.

Edit: And wow, they even have the Goodyear tires on backwards. Just lousy

Harvick may use the #4, not that shocking as it was the number Newman was going to use before it was blocked and he switched to 39.

#4 for Harvick in 2014? Stewart-Haas Racing has applied for the trademark for the (4) Standard Character Mark or the #4. Supposedly to be used by Kevin Harvick when he moves over to Stewart-Hass Racing in 2014. You can see the trademark application / info at uspto.gov (do a search under Stewart-Haas). Other rumored numbers for Harvick at Stewart-Hass Racing: take the #29 with him from Richard Childress Racing with RCR using the #3 for Austin Dillon. Have heard some rumors the #8 could be in play.(4-30-2013)

I would like the 8 better honestly or just use 33, it isn't so much about the 3 itself though. I'd rather see Austin have a chance at his own future compared to living under Dale Sr or even Jr.

The 4 seems logical but weird too.

4 just doesn't feel right. 33 works, all those truck and nationwide wins, it wouldn't be too odd, just a little off.

Unfortunately, the 4 in my mind is the old Morgan McClure Kodak Film Chevy. Shame what happened to the team.
