And Piquet is taking out everybody. There is going to be a long line of people waiting to take a shot at him after this race.

These caution calls are 🤬 ridiculous.

Piquet spins.. gets going when there's an opening.. let's throw a caution.
3 cars spin near the front of the field on a restart.. no caution.
Trevor Bayne gets momentarily stuck in the gravel... no caution.
<2 laps left.. car gets stuck way the hell off the track.. THROW THE 🤬 CAUTION

The WWE would be proud.

And AJ wins the race.

On a side note, I smell some "Heated Discussions" coming on.

You're just now getting this?

Well i only just saw him punt Smith when they showed the highlights.

But yeah, i knew he was before. Washed up never-was.

And its things like Marty Reid's Announcing that makes me glad ESPN will not have NASCAR coverage anymore.

At least he remembered what lap it was this time.

If only ESPN would realize how awful he is. The only problem is there's no one else to put in the booth because they don't let the Cup team do the Nationwide races that are at a different track.

Well said by Mike Joy (Post #8423). Every sort of sign-off I've heard regarding Speed Channel just brings me to sadness. Like... a voice is silenced. An era ends. Shame.

I was thinking about this concerning AJ. He has shown alot of growth while at Penske as far as overcoming alot of things but I know I can't be the only one who prefers to see him in the 22 NW ride full-time instead of using that for the owners points.

I think he might not ever really get out of NW or do much in Cup but he came into Nascar because of Redbull and never had much of a chance to learn the cars so to speak. He has since gotten better but now in bottom tier equipment for most part with mid pack finishes at best. It doesn't help him get a little better career which overall I think this is as good as it might get unless he lands the 47 or Indy ride.

Good luck to all teams and drivers today as the Cup drivers take on the high speeds of Michigan International Speedway. It would be great if one more manufacturer competed in this race- especially since the defending Cup champ raced for that manufacturer, but I digress. Anyhow, Michigan shouldn't disappoint. Or maybe it will. Or maybe it won't. We'll see.

Just read on the FS1 ticker that apparently, a deal is in the works to have Mark Martin sub for Tony Stewart.

Would be interesting, that pretty much put Vickers in the 55 car for the rest of the year if that's true.
