2014 Chevrolet Corvette "Non-Replica" ZR-"that doesn't exist yet."

Well, we finally now know exactly what the 2014 Corvette Stingray will look like! Even more so, we know it will be packing 450hp/450tq in it's basic 'Stingray' setup.

So, I'm going to go out on a limb and provide a tuning service to optimize your upcoming 2014 Corvette from Stingray guise, to the formidable ZR1 package. Those of you who've received my tuned cars probably know I put out a solid product, trade quickly, and have fast turn-arounds on custom tuning jobs.

This new 2014 Corvette ZR1 will be following some basic math to insure as close to a realistic offering as possible, even though a real ZR1 probably won't be seen for at least a year.

The cars do NOT need to be 0/0/0 and the 'Tintcoat' Paints are shades of the current C6 ZR1. Thanks!

It's a production model and is no longer a prototype. It stands to reason that it will be available to modify.

However, as you do raise a good point and one that I've previously considered, if the C7 is not, I will develop a back-up tuner/replica to send in it's place.👍

All you are doing is making a fantasy car, it is NO WAY a replica. Unless you work for GM and have insider information? Or are highly skilled in remote viewing.

Exactly what I was thinking. Without the specs, its just a fantasy car and not a replica. You have to have the specs of the car you are replicating, otherwise all you are doing is guessing and thats not a true replica...or even close.

The C6 ZR1 wasn't officially announced until 2 years after the original launch of the C6, so you're more than welcome to wait until then, but it's obvious by this thread that there's more than just me interested in dreaming about what it could drive like.

Otherwise, people are interested in it because I've always put out good cars, regardless of whether they're replicas or tuners. I'm basing my car off of a few factual equations based on the existing C6 Corvette and the relationship between the Base C6 and the ZR1 C6.

Specifications (based on existing C6)

Base C6: 400hp / 424tq / 3,245 lbs.
ZR1: 638hp / 604tq / 3,350 lbs.
Horsepower (C6 ZR1 over Base C6): +157%
Torque (C6 ZR1 over Base C6): +142.45%
Curb Weight (C6 ZR1 over Base C6): +103.24%​

2014 C7 Corvette Stingray

Horsepower: 450hp
Torque: 450tq
Curb Weight: 3,109 lbs.​

So, BASED on the above math, my 2014/2016 C7 Corvette ZR1 will be as follows:

Horsepower: 707hp
Torque: 641tq
Curb Weight: 3,210 lbs.​

This has been your annual lesson in deductive reasoning and arithmetic. Next time you think you have to have someone else tell you the facts before you can consider the potential, please stop and think about how the designing engineers will come to their conclusions and ultimately the end product.
