What was cheating about it? He went down and as soon as he touched the grass the ref blew his whistle. No cheating but awful judgement by the ref. But that kinda fits this WC.

Exactly that replay shows he did it to himself, and the commentators still say impede along with the ref just to make it seem as if these incompetent refs know what they're doing.

I thought Greece played well against a good Cote d'Ivoire side. A topsy turvy group, but lottos kredittos to Greece. I can't help but have an affinity for them having lived there.

This doesn't even surprise me. African teams always, ALWAYS get screwed over by the refs when playing against European competition.
