David Luiz was already FIFA's Man of the Tournament leader before this game, which the BBC commentators were scoffing it. I think he's just taken a clear lead in that particular competition!

I'm not quite sure how to describe David Luiz.
I don't think the term 'Lethal Joke Character' is correct because his lethalness is specific to something completely unrelated to what he actually should be doing.
