Thought the same, but from Nico's onboard the light looked green :confused:
 
I hope Nico passed under a green, so that he doesn't get a penalty. Otherwise our hopes of seeing a race this afternoon are shattered; especially if the track is drying.

Seems Rosberg was cheesing the VSC as well. Should have been 3 seconds behind Ricciardo but jumped him as soon as the VSC was lifted.

Is there any such rule? Hamilton was running slower than the deltas so everybody behind had the chance to bunch up, probably as Hamilton intended.

Thought there was a rule about maintaining gaps, but I guess not...
 
Apologies, it was Ricciardo. Seems surprising to me that he jumped two cars at once but then I'm only watching live text commentary, so I can't really tell what's happening! :lol:
 
Kvyat overshot the final corner attempting an overtake on Rosberg and it allowed Ricciardo to close the gap and overtake into turn 1.
 
I watched some highlights of qualifying & read a lot about the weather/hurricane. Not watching the race but from the comments here it sounds action-packed. Is it still really wet?
 
Why are they still cutting away when there is so much going on on track.

Kvyat went wide in the last turn so Ricciardo could pass him on the straight and Rosberg in turn 1.
