As expected I heard that the extra ducts at the front were cooling for it.

That much extra cooling for only 4Mj is slightly worrying. It will be interesting to see if Toyota does end up going with 8.

Audi have been promoting the line in interviews that their approach is about reliability at Le Mans. Whilst that worked last year, if Toyota can improve their reliability by a greater margin, whilst running in a higher energy category...

Looks like we might be going back to the early diesel days of tortoise and hare stuff from the four rings.

Apparently there are also some holes in the front aero for trying to channel extra downforce.

Yeah Audi will make the car over reliable, if Toyota can improve thier cooling it would help them a lot but it's a fine line with aerodynamics.

@Furinkazen you coming to silverstone?

Just checked train prices from where you are in Blackburn to Milton keynes its £44 down.

For me going from my work in airdrie to Milton keynes its £27! And that's on the same train! (Well same train from Glasgow to mk) as I was gonna say just get the train tickets and the race tickets and crash on the spare bed in my travel lodge room.

New livery revealed for the ByKolles team, maybe someone should tell them that giving the car the Brawn GP colour scheme won't make it win everything...

Full article here btw http://www.24h-lemans.com/en/news/2...lm-p1-livery-_2_2_1746_19180.html#prettyPhoto

Wow. http://www.esmracing.com/blog/tequi...urs-of-sebring-with-honda-arx-03b-prototypes/

I wonder if this means that Wurth will re-engineer the 04b to meet the new proposed regulation, and they think they have a shot at the 4th constructor slot.

or

The 04b is a slow fat pig of a car and now the Oreca has re-written the rules with the blessing of the FIA/ACO and nobody will buy the now obsolete car the HPD coupe project has been dumped forever.

Ligiers are smexy and if I'm honest, they do look much better then the HPD ARX-04. Besides, those will look awesome in the Patron Livery.

Ugh, just unveil it already and get on with testing if you ever want to beat Audi at their game.

I don't know, they dominated WEC last year. And yet, it still does not feel the same as winning Le Mans.
in my opinion le mans can me fluked WEC can not!

WEC desurves more respect then in gets!

It's kinda like the V8s everyone can remember who won Bathurst but not the championship.

it must be me, i think the champ is much more exiting as you don't know how the next race will unfold and who will be strong!

So what? Take out Le Mans and neither of those big manufacturers team will be racing the championship. WEC is important, but Le Mans crushes it with its history, legacy and tradition.

If I was given the option to be a Le Mans champion or a WEC champion I would pick Le Mans any day.

Same with Bathurst I would rather be a Bathurst champion than a V8 supercar champion.

of course. le mans as a one off race is good but the entirety of the WEC season is allot better to whatch!

Yet another victim of @Furinkazen.

Seriously Furi, are you the Grim Reaper or something??? :scared:
To be honest someone who's username along was an AUP breach it was just waiting to happen.

The banned user log hasn't been updated to say why yet although I'm guessing a mod had a quiet word with him over pm and he backchatted them.
