Kyle Busch and Brian Scott just got together and crashed. I'm not sure what happened in that incident.

Something just broke, just looked like the car didn't turn when Kyle went in the corner.

That's what I thought, but after Kyle got out, he went to talk to Brian. That's the part I'm really confused about because I'm not sure if it was for a confrontation or for an explanation of what caused that crash.

Okay, how that didn't become a complete disaster, I'll never know.

So within the last 15 laps I've had:

1.) My fantasy screwed for this week.
2.) Kyle Busch's average finish take a hit.

Kyle needs to average 14th and get one win to make the chase. 14th to crack the top 30.

🤬 this race.

Another wasted afternoon.

Wow, Truex has another chance to win but can't close it out. The recurring theme of 2015 continues.

Just realized that this is the 2nd Dover race in two years that Bowyer has taken out the dominant car.

Last year with Kyle Busch and this year with Hamlin.

I'm suprised MWR hasn't let him go yet. Then again, it is MWR.

Jimmie Johnson must've put on some of that Burnt Rubbér before the race.

If they do let him go, I'm sure Roush can give him a ride. He would fit right in.

Clint would be a great mentor for the Roush drivers. He'd be able to teach them how to do Oscar Worthy spins that ruin races without ruining cars.

Of course, he'd also be able to take out everyone if he felt like, but it would add some new techniques to the Roush mantra of "A race without a caution by one of our cars is a race that isn't complete."

Johnson just joined a very small group of drivers who have won 10 or more races at the same track, those being: Richard Petty, David Pearson, Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Darrell Waltrip.

I'm telling you, he put on some of that Burnt Rubbér fragrance by Sunoco.

Pole Position members get 25% discount on Watkins Glen tickets. Just waiting to hear if my friend will have room for my car at his camp site before I purchase my ticket.

NBCSN is showing coverage of the K&N Pro Series race at Bowman Gray Stadium, which is the football field that Winston-Salem State University plays its football at. One of the best things about any sport- let alone motorsport- is in watching the stars of tomorrow shine today. A few highlights shown included certain current drivers in NASCAR's top three Touring Series compete back in the K&N Pro Series days. Among others were Daniel Suarez and my man Darrell "Bubba" Wallace Jr. Got to get your start somewhere if you're to be perhaps the next best racer in NASCAR...

[UPDATE] "Gray," not "Green".

Bowman Gray Stadium, right here in Winston-Salem, NC.

Texas (Trucks) and Pocono (Cup) are next on the calendar. Texas will surely have its insanity, unless the NASCAR Truck racers are too passive and shy, or if Mother Nature wants to have her say on screwing up the race. Pocono has always been a very curious track. What Turn 4? I always like to think of Pocono as a road course, though it is a tri-oval. Pocono does have its own infield road course. "NASCAR America" on NBCSN had Parker Kligerman talk about taking on Pocono's three corners including when to shift around the course. Using that iRacing simulator around Pocono, I think Parker talked about not shifting until deep into Turn 1. Some oval courses are a bit complex in how you race them that you have to do some shifting in the corners. Like I can remember Champ Car and Indy Car racing tracks like Gateway and Motegi, both of which have had racers make a few shifts to keep their speed up. Pocono is always fascinating to see being raced.

One other note I wanted to make was on when NASCAR races at Chicagoland. I think what gives Chicagoland its appeal is how the track isn't exactly straight all the way around. You have to do a little extra steering around the backstretch there. It isn't just a straight back stretch at Chicagoland. So it isn't exactly a "cookie-cutter" oval, because if it was, it would probably bave a layout and a style similar to Charlotte or Texas or someplace.

Good luck to all drivers and teams competing this weekend across all levels of NASCAR.

Get ready for NASCAR Trucks at Texas at 9:00 PM EDT tonight on FOX Sports 1. Just wanted to provide this heads-up...

This truck race has been really quiet so far.

EDIT: It's really ironic that Timothy Peters' truck blew up while the FS1 crew was praising him.

Anybody else think that Keslowski should just plow through a car because he is allowed to drive through that pit box? Should have been a penalty on Keslowski from the video I saw.

Meh, he's just gonna plow into the #34 car to ruin his day.

In all seriouslness, the teams should police their own equipment. No reason Keselowski had to run over the air hose, the #78 crew should have kept it in an area out of the way.

No penalties, just check where the equipment is at all times.

EDIT: "Think Danica may have cut a tire down."

*Sees flat tire clear as day.*

Ya think?
