Good. I knew that "More likely then not" ruling was BS. Not once was there any substantial evidence to prove it. Hate the fact that he had to miss two races because of this crap.

I think Kurt Busch is an idiot but that does not mean there was any crime committed. NASCAR acted in their best interest by suspending him indefinitely but not facing charges for insufficient evidence is not a shocker considering the untimely filing of all of this. NASCAR should lift the suspension. Travis Kvapil didn't get suspended indefinitely with his domestic abuse/false imprisonment deal a couple years back.

Besides, you can't hold a criminal case on hearsay.

Apparently they will be doing a fan vote between 3 different liveries for the All-Star race as well. Personally I would love to see them alternate the black one with the current scheme all year long.
