I have changed to Eurosport 2.
I am missing onboard footage of the Toyota's though, the new V6 sounds so good.
I sadly don't have Eurosport 2, but really makes me angry is that they just made it 30 minutes longer than they said it would be :irked: but finally it's over now. I really don't get the whole idea behind this magazin, it's so unnecessary.

I have it but I wish I could have the Eurosport feed. Apart from Peter Dumreck on the official stream the Eurosport comms are much better.

It's a good recap of the race for those who may have missed sections, I know I've always relied on the Sunday morning show when I haven't done the whole 24. Anything outside of interviews and recaps is pointless, but the commentators have to have a break at some point.

Didn't do it this year because I forgot but I must ask. Worth buying the official live stream from WEC?

Yes. Great quality, hasn't failed once in the 7 hours since the starts. Commentators could be better but it beats having commercial breaks/stupid montages and looking for pirate streams like a madman.

Hmm, settling into the evening now... readying the food and beverages.

I wasn't planning to, but I might just stick it out for the 24 again :D

I don't know how they handle it in other countries, but the german Eurosport commentators don't get a break through that. They just switch to Eurosport 2 and continue to commentate the race.

You're right, that slipped my mind - I'm switching between RLM and Eurosport so I had 24 Minutes on mute.

I'm watching on the Eurosport Player stream with RLM also running RLM is about 25-30 seconds ahead of the stream but better than having to deal with adverts and crap commentators.

im pretty satisfied with eurosport 1 till now
Don't get me wrong. Every year I'm thankful for the great broadcast that Eurosport does. I just annoys me when they cut away from the live race, for live interviews, about the live race that they just cut away from. Also everytime the magazin is nearly twice as long as the teletext says it will be.

I've muted Eurosport and have RLM on in the background. Eurosport have too many commercial breaks.

Eurosport Player is cheaper and at least in previous years have had a dedicated stream with no add breaks. No commentary either but good ambient sound and then use the RLM player for commentary. WEC stream is good but commentary isn't the best.

47 KCMG stopped on the straight after Mulsanne corner.

I was also planning to watch the full 24 but have already done two short sleeping stins :banghead. I'm a disappointment. Later on I'll pop across the street for some energy drinks and order some pizza and chinese hoefully be able to go all night!
