Las fun making. More info.

I apologize for not knowing how to use the multi-quote thingy properly but I've edited my post to inform you what happened with it.

Basically, it's toast and they haven't told as why. But it's serious engine/hybrid drive issues.

I have to disagree wholeheartedly. Those things sound so old, and wack, and like any other raspy, 60's-70's Era V8. No thanks. Sometimes I feel nostalgic, and ****, but after doing a few too many of the LS swaps in a S2K, and several S13/14's, I'm so not into those American V8's.

Give me a Turbo V6 Toyota Motor with Battery Boost, or V6 Twin Turbo Honda Motor, any day of the week.

Haha looks like that fix from Porsche didn't work. Typical Porsche, barely runs, and runs hot, and has electical issues that are usually untraceable. #ToyotasTimeTho
The Vettes literally shake the ground with the roaring V8's that you can hear coming from a mile away. It sends chills up your spine when you hear them roar by, it shakes the ground. The Ford GT V6 turbo's sound like a fart passing you. Different strokes for different folks.

Ta. Wibbah has the same luck as always :(

From a guy with a goat avatar this is quite scary...

I love the big American V8's, I used to race them back in the 70's, but other than for the enjoyment for our ears much of that thunder is simply wasted energy.

Couldn't have said it better myself

I go out for a couple of hours and the arch enemy loses the race and it's a Toyota 1-2, if I go out for a bit longer the Ford's should drop back and give Ferrari the lead.

I'm impressed with the Toyotas and Fords, and would like to see them win. Even so, I must still respect the surviving Porsche, Audi and Ferrari. Anything could still happen. Amazing, a record 60 entries but only half a dozen really competing for the overall win, now down to four. OTOH, the GT and LMP2 classes are very healthy, a pleasantly solid background for the expensive and fragile hybrids.

The most impressive racing cars are the ones that scare you with their visible pace but make little to no noise doing it. Engine notes are great, but incredible technology is an even greater thing to witness.

Repeated water pump issue on #1 confirmed. Team is confident that the sister car won't have the same issue but you never know, don't you Peugeot?
