Texas is fine. Places like Bristol, Daytona and Dega as you mentioned, those would be no-no tracks.

Not really. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's when he's a leading competitor of the race.

Its just weird that it was fine all day until that lap. Not saying its his fault, but its just odd how only then that it happened.
 
He probably broke his wrist or ankle.
