We could also end up with a situation where both teams are trying to get yellows too as that's the current tie breaker, I hope this does not descend into a complete and utter farce.
England should just try to win, we hardly ever win knockout games anyway regardless of how "easy" the opponent may be and Colombia are just the sort of team I'd back us to lose to, whereas we might not lose to Japan.
Some do, some don't. I'd say on average it applies to Belgium more than England, both because the players they have left out are better than the ones England left out and because the ones coming in are not as quite as good England's replacements also, at least on paper anyway.
It is a boring game too but there has been worse. Hopefully it improves but it wouldn't surprise me if it doesn't.
