Nothing officially organised. Just early to mid evening and look for lobbies with friends in. That's what I do. Could be good to get something more official set up.On a side note: does anyone know/organise a daily practice lobby for the upcoming Nations and Manu? Or is there a standard time where most of you get together? A few weeks back I had a race with some of you in preparation for Lago West. It seemed to me you all knew the time slot most of you should be there in order to race together. Or it might have been a coincidence. I don't know. But that race was very interesting and helpful. Would be nice to know if there is a standard time/appointment.
Cheers
Seth

I agree with that. DST has long past its sell by date.(I wish they would stop with this summertime nonsense)

Anywho, I will try and see you tomorrow. I have some BTCC to catch up on tonight.
Ironically the sundail will always show the correct time in the summer.Bit of useless info for a Monday...The guy (William Willett) that promoted the idea of daylight savings eventually convincing the government to implement it, is from my hometown. Our local pub is called the Daylight Inn in his honour and he is commemorated by a memorial sundial in the woodland here. Anyway, its a pain in the arse!![]()
Update incoming. Expect the Group 3 Vantage to get nerfed just in time for Le Mans.
You're right , i didn't knew about this. At least i resolve the left turn of the first chicane , and the most importante "Tertre rouge" right turn when you can save some seconds passing over the apex without braking on it.It's hard to be able to tell you much without the inputs. I'd be interested in those same pictures you posted of Deafsun but what his throttle inputs look like at the time. You can get away with a lot if you simply carry enough momentum into it so you don't need to apply any throttle. The moment you do apply throttle PD will get you each time.
I'm so sorry to hear that, but glad you are getting better. Sending my best wishes to you and the rest of your family. Thanks, but I am infected too. Sitting on the couch is abo6the hardest work I can do right now

Ok, let's try. Starting tonight and for 4 working days this week I propose a set of 2 organised races starting 20:00 hours CEST.
I won't be able to host all days (life you know) so can't host wednesday, but perhaps someone wants to be back up?
Or we never do racing days. We'll see.
I propose/will set up 2 races with C class and up with S driver rating minimum starting grid 5 players.
Starting tonight monday the 10th until friday the 15th we start with nations (no race on wednesday):

Let's see how working day practices go. If there is any interest and how to deal with the weekend and racing days.
It's a start. Hope to see some of you tonight.
Cheers,
Seth
for those who get confused like me about times CET = GMT+1 but...

You can blame @Tidgney for that. He had the urge to put out a top speed comparison vid, BEFORE Le Mans... But forgot he is driving one of the top cars himself![]()

They will never touch that... It's METa on what, two tracks in game, the rest it's almost not relevant.Hahahahaha I said in my discord watch the Mclaren F1 get a super nerf! Everyone will be all over me if it's a BoP change like that![]()

I think the Corvette Gr3 is in bigger danger. Maybe take a percent of power from the GR 3 and add it on the GR 4
Yes, you probably are right. For all I know they could be throwing darts at a pinboard with pictures of carsHaha you say that but look at some of the random changes in the past, the Lexus Gr.4 was changed and nobody knew why![]()

So GMT+1 is CET. Right now it is 1415 on the East coast of America and that should make it 1915 CET? Should be a 5 hour difference?

I was watching some of your videos last night. Thanks for making them. Personally as a C driver i picked up on that I'm not braking soon enough or hitting my brake points to where I need to be. Working on that and picked up a second and a half.
GTBlade says I'm not doing terrible?

To build on my last post, I do feel like the car is ever so slightly unstable when braking before the chicanes on Mulsanne, so I'm thinking of moving the BB on the Genesis Gr.3 from +2 to perhaps +1, or even +/-0.
Yes as European time is 1 hour ahead of us in the UK. However we are currently in BST so we are GMT+1 and Europe is still an hour ahead of that on their daylight savings time. So you will need to work off CEST for Seth's timings. So GMT+1 is CET. Right now it is 1415 on the East coast of America and that should make it 1915 CET? Should be a 5 hour difference?
No, New York is GMT-4 at the moment. Don't know if you have DST... as with everything I have an app that displays time differences so I don't have to think about it. Buth that is the difference. 6 hours.
Zorzil showed up for the race! Thanks @Zorz
It was not clever of me to make Suzuka the first race. For tomorrow we will swap the races so more people will probably join and stick around for the second one. 20:00 hours CEST we start with Le Mans and after we do Suzuka. Hope a few more can join for practice.

Hopefully can make it tomorrow. I wonder if we should set up a proper GTP biweekly FIA lobby on Tuesdays and Fridays to practice for the upcoming race.
+2.What do you have it at now?
Sooo... anybody in say; Australia already find out what the new update actually means:
- Adjustments to the fuel consumption ratio of Gr.3 / Gr.4 cars.
More or less fuel consumption for all or a mix, good for some, bad for others?
Do we now all have to stop at Le Mans or only BMW (I believe that car was not fuel efficient, no?)
