WEC timing page has been powered by Mecachrome too it seems, dead

Ah shame about that, I liked the Alpines. Over a quarter over and so many are having all sorts of things going on.

Bourdais in the Kitty litter.

..

and the Art Car back in the garage. We didn't even see it... ah well... drink anyway.

I keep seeing so many errors, problems and clashes that I can't help but think of James Hunts quote, "We're all sitting by the start and finish line waiting for a winner to come past and we don't seem to be getting one."

And there's still 17 and a half hours to go.

There goes the #15 BMW. :banghead:

SAFETY CARS DEPLOYED!

First full safety car yellow of the race.

And now there's a McLaren on fire. Or steaming over.

I should stop focusing on the coming back of certain cars in the rankings, they tend to suffer the wrath of the gods.

Isotta plays well the turtle race.

The GT pole sitter no less.

Brendan Iribe at the wheel - he is quite erratic so, given the conditions/cold tire dramas, may have pranged a barrier somewhere.

Quick recap...

Alexander Calder Art Car, Le Mans, DNF
Frank Stella Art Car, Le Mans, DNF (Also DNF at Silverstone and Dijon)
Roy Lichtenstein Art Car, Le Mans, 9th
Andy Warhol Art Car, Le Mans, 6th (2nd in class)
Jenny Holzer Art Car, Le Mans, DNS (only took part in pre-qualifying), Petit Le Mans 5th.
Jeff Koons Art Car, Le Mans, DNF
John Baldesari Art Car, Daytona 24 hr, 8th in class
Cao Fei Art Car, Macau GT World Cup, 4th overall

Mehretu Art Car... doing ****

Wasn't Kubica overtaking one of the GTLMs? Maybe there won't be a penalty..

P1#46 behind the P4#87 about to put it a lap down after the safety car pits. P2#92 and P3#27 at other ends of the circuit. Main battle in GT3 is for 5th-9th. Long way to go.

Race has lost its integrity.

Yeah, I'll correct myself. Kubica may deserve a penalty there.
