Speed guys are saying the Peugeot IS on the lead lap.

#64 Corvette spun, and is out. That makes 9 GT2 cars out 9 to go.

that's gonna bring out the yellow flag to clean up the mess.
 
I missed it. Was it the #1 Peugeot that did that to the Vette?

Now for the P&M boys to get that car back out quick. wouldnt be surprised to see the Pug get a penatly for that if there was any contact.

Yep. He took the inside line just before #64 could turn in, and forced the Corvette to lock up & spin back into the barrier.

yeah. Peugeot bolted to the inside of the Vette, catching it off guard and the Vette spun into the wall.

THERE'S the caution flag. I was waiting for that.

Should put the Peugeot in the lead on the restart.

Yeah, they'll probably take the back end from the 63 and bolt that on the 64.
 
The damage is just too much I think. The rear end is completely destroyed due to the impact. Silly driving from Davidson, well his face wan't really that happy in the car...

Also is the #63 in the pit by the way?

someone can run to the garage and get the back end while they're working on it. But, it looks like they've got a spare rearend.

Yeah it looks like they stand a chance to get that V8 beasty back out there, but a win now seems out of the question.:indiff:
 
still another 6 hours and the rest of GT2 hasnt been to lucky so theres still a chance for a podium at least as long as it gets back out there in another few minutes.
