Sounds like ya dont realy need any tips just keep doing what your doing.
There is one though. A-Spec it :sly:

i have done about 13 hours now and i had a huge car problem
it practically died. it would go above 125km/h and it did that for about 3 laps dropping to about 8 mins per lap instead of 6.5 but it fixed itself i think! Anyone know why it did this?

i did do quite a bit of a spec just b4 but im in Australia and its 9pm and im only 13 but thankgod its a weekend so i can stay up to about 12am or 2 am

Wow just over half way. If you a-spec all this is the point where it starts to get hard  but if your b-specin and going to sleep then this is the nice part :dopey:

I setup my CLK GTR for the b-spec section of this race a while ago.... no idea what tires i was using but halfway through the third lap the tires were red as an apple and it was the most artistically beautifull drifting i've ever seen a mercedes do LOL. Anywho, i got the purply F1... so pretty.

Lol, I'm not THAT crazy! :p
All in all this race took almost 2 weeks (12 days iirc). Longest session was about 8 hours, in which me & two friends drove 2 laps each, over and over.

It gets a bit boring once you've got a good lead, but trying to beat eachothers lap/checkpoint times makes it all so exciting again :)

I don't really get the whole B-spec thing, imo there's not much point in buying a racing game and not drive yourself. But that's just me - we've all got our own preference!

Hehehe, this sounds like a good idea, I'll hook up my webcam for my next 24-h Race; Sarthe. I hope to do this race in one sitting - with the help of a few friends and a crate of beer :D

Whoa that is crazy 24 hr in A-spec! :dopey: you have my respect I'm finding it difficult doing it in B-spec and A-spec mixed

superhodge
get some buddys around and take turns, thats what I did. oh and a webcam so you can show strangers from this forum see you do it :sly:

I'd love to have had this game while I was at uni taking it in shifts with my mates to do the race and the beer would have been a nice touch too 👍

I used super hard tyres both on front and back on my Nissan R92CP and it managed to do 4 laps without pitting in. My advice would probably be to use super hard tyres on both front and back.
:sly:

I have been racing A- Spec for 21.5 hours straight...... I have a 23 lap lead and am in a Jaguar XJR-9. I am taking turns with my friends, 3 hour shifts.(Red Bull helps).

i finished the nurburgring race and got the formula race car. It rox but you cant tune it anymore cant change tires and you cant enter it in many races? Whats with that?

What race should i do now? i have done the laguna seca, super-speed way both nurburgrings, new york and elcaptain. i want to do some k's in my new car!

here is a picture of my formula1 as you can see it is yellow and black. I wanted red cause red cars go faster.

I'm thinking of doing the race again and trying to win another car! I think my f1 will wear out, lol not really apparently that is impossible but i have done 2000km today!

Just got 8 hours in, A-specing Nurb 24hrs, pressed pause to get a drink, got up and managed to bump the reset. Upset is a word that could be used, but I prefer a few others. I think I'll leave it off for a while. got exams coming up. I was using the 190E evo 2 cause its sooo easy to get around the ring with half a brain (super hard black rubbery bits lasting 5 laps). Can't remember how many points it was getting me but it wasn't many. I think I'll try to max my points on the next attempt, make it a challenge, but it will be A-speced. I havn't used B-spec yet.

pitty you'll hit it when you dont want to and when your tired and wanting to turn it off you cant hit the right spot

right on! I hope i dont do that i am doing the nurburgring again b-spec of course 'twill only take me 9 hours. i need the money i got hidden black cars in about 100 days
i do haeve 7.5million but thats not enough. I wanna be rich!!!!!

the 24h were competed without a problem in bspec, minolta with both hard tyres, auto pitting after a few lenght in red each time but always increasing an advance. i x3 the race when i was there and all went fine. i wasnt crazy enough to make it in aspec ! plus, i think this race was mostly and maybe only a bspec setting challenge to me

i did all 3 of the 24 hour races with a spec and my 787B. it can get boring with a spec though. i think B-spec is in order for the next time around

As many of may have read my story of the 24 hour race at the ring. I just finished a half-hour ago, i used a Amuse S2000 R1 and i raced with R1's front and back. I got 6 laps off them and used this car cause i wanted a challenge, and i got a 200 pt. race with it. I did it a-spec with my friend ut we used b-spec a bunch to.

If you use A-spec and B-spec then you dont get any a-spec points or b-spec points? correct me if wrong 💡
