So I'm online drag racing in my 240mph Viper, when a civic 97' comes along and absolutely punches is me to the ground going nearly 300mph, how the hell did he do that?!

It's the talk of the forum here for a while, there's a thread on it. As for how? Hax, and the 3200+hp that results from it.

By the way…that Civic was quite gentle on you it seems, they top out at 350mph+, from what I've read.

holy crap really?! That's insane

Yup. Wished they put that power in something that could handle it, like an Impreza/R34…but whatever. It's hilarious to try and drive on any track other than Route X.

But yea, there's your answer. Hax = 3200hp in Civic = Viper/Veyron Killer.

lol ya was pretty funny watching them shoot by since the tires smoke the whole time. My veyron I was using is built for top speed and can hit 300mph by itself and they passed me. My max in it is 360mph and if I drafted them I could keep up easy, but once the corners came they were gone.

Yo Onboy! One of the Judges from our Touge Showdown actually has that crazy EK9.

I was talking about this the other day. One of my friends mentioned it needs to be done to a Mazda MX5 Eunos Roadster NA.

Isn't the engine in these 350mph Civic's glicthed from the RedBull car?

Anyhow, I just don't want this to get out of hand! Though it sounds cool, I'd love to have another 100bhp out of any car I have that is already maxed!

Try a 9,000 Horsepower Delorean. Saw one today. It was absolutely hilarious. Back to the future, anyone?

What was it again? "When you get to 88mph"……

I wish someone would glitch an Impreza/R34, so then we can actually use this power.

They have a r35 that goes like 600mph

Definitely went easy or was badly tuned, mine's running 362/363mph at the moment. (Requires SRF to do this, though runs 357 or so without)
The Delorean has over 12,000bhp when you fully kit it out!

The others in my collection,,,
X2010 - 1049mph (readout maxes at 999mph, but the steering wheel readout shows 1674kmh)
Delorean - 603mph (Requires installation of a wing)
NEW MODEL - High End G37 - 511mph (Will go faster, not run in and very basic tune)
Fiat 500 - 452mph (X1 engine and chassis)
Peugeot 307cc - 393mph (Power is delivered in a spike, same as a stg2 Beetle)
Formula Gran Turismo - 355mph (A little dull, despite the massive bhp injection)
Skyline R34 - 305mph (Still running in, but already showing promise)
Kart 100 - 172mph (Glitched gearbox, still a single gear though)

Mine tops at 365mph. Figured out the secret. I'll give you a hint, it goes much faster on the corners.

Camber or Toe angles? I've had 358mph out of mine no draft, but I have moved onto other hybrids and lost interest in the Civic since then lol

Nope, no toe or camber at all. Also why do people call them hybrids? They aren't two cars in one or something and this is their demon child lol.

If I recall, the term originated (From older GT's) when people were using one cars engine, with another cars body/chassis, thus a hybrid. Now that we have the power limiter, it's different, but the term has stuck.

Made a quick vid to show off the extreme power of the civic. The inside view is nuts everything just bounces like crazy.

Could you swap engines out in older versions of GT? I edit code in savegame file to edit the specs of the cars I want to modify, but I know there's is actually a piece of software out there that does the same process but using a UI instead of having to break your head trying to figure out the location of cars and what to edit between the 1000's of hexcodes. I just finished a GTR Concept, although where other people edited in amazingly obvious values I restrained myself to make the max HP 1882, so the car has got a good amount of extra power compared to the original, but it can still corner good and don't run its tires off in 1 long puff of smoke. I must still go try it online, but driving it in GT Mode on Suzuka it almost felt like having nitro kicking in at about 85km/h. It also have none of the initial nonstop wheel spin the other hybrids have that I received from friends in the game, the only huge difference to a normal car is the extra rapid acceleration from 90km to 640km/h, but if you control your power pedal right there's no way anyone will know whats going on under this car's skin.

oh and the reason i mentioned the UI software that changes car values is because it basically looks like it changes engines and chassis of different cars around. It doesn't really change parts around, suppose its just something the put in there to make it more user friendly for people who know nothing about coding. I know someone who have it or had it, I'll find out if they still have it and if it still works and I'll post a pic of it here and maybe the program itself if its allowed.
So yea, I thought that it was because of this program making it seem like youre swapping out engines, that people called the cars hybrids.
