You can get the 2J from a 1970 ticket. That's what I did; the GT-ONE is attainable from a 1999 ticket or B-specing Circuit de la Sarth 24h.

They're also both available from a Level 23 ticket, and are also obviously in the UCD at some point.

Not true. You can add parts, or tune at the pre-race screen. But it all goes away when you change cars.
