Do you mean when he was purging the n2o? It was an Evo VIII.

The above link is dead. Use this one and watch it again. It is an VIII. It has the peak, it has the six spoke Enkeis, it has the very-different-from-the-VII front bumper and it has the single hood vent whereas the VII has dual vents in the middle and a side vent over the intake. Pause the movie while the 350 is staging and you will see.

There is nothing wrong with using nitrous in first gear. There absolutely is a problem using a 400-shot of nitrous with a bone-stock motor however. Even on a built motor, that is a TON of juice.

There's a guy here in Sweden that installed a 50BHP NOS pack on a Daewoo Matiz, with a 3 cylinder, SOHC, 6 Valve engine.

That's not too bad either except that the engine stops every tenth second! JACKASS!
