38 new high resolution picture of GT4 Japanese demo / Prologue

I got a new high end capture card and I was able to add some really good picture grab of GT4 Japanese demo and GT4 Prologue. In the next week, I will add High resolution video.

Those who want to add picture and video are welcome. Just go in the Coppermine section of the site and register. You will be able to submit picture.

They are not doctored like PD has been showing you. Those picture are a real representation of what the game will look like.

This is a REAL CAPTURE not a capture from the buffer. It's the highest quality you can make without actually having a developping machine and grabbing from the buffer.

my laptop has a built in capture card, and captures look a helluva lot better than that.

Can you card capture in 720x480 in Mpeg-2 ? You should see the video I made. They look very good. I have updated the site yet but I will soon. I'm using a Plextor M402U hardware encoder. It's hard to have a better quality grab then what the game actually look like you know...

Symtex, that picture is very good so what are you talking about? It looks a lot like Citta di Aria, but that kind of setting reminds me of the DVD movie short called "The Run" featuring an orange Nissan Fairlady Z/350Z with the car rolling down the streets of Prauge, Czechoslavakia. Citta di Aria should be one of the toughest challenges in the game if not Nurburgring Nords. And I still have to honor the talent of that McLaren F1 racing down Citta di Aria without fear.

Anyhow, haven't seen videos, so I'll reserve my judgment until I see some videos. Is that cool, man?
 
You have used the wrong aspect ratio by the way. Your PS2 was set to 16:9, but you took the pics at 4:3, so they're too narrow. You can see that quite good on the upper picture in the first post, the car looks way too narrow on that one. I wouldn't call those pics high-res, but they have a very good quality for ingame pics, and I suppose that's what you meant. So guys, stop bangin' on about them not being high-res, let's just say they're high quality.

I streched the upper pic to 16:9 format, you can see that it looks much better now (see attachment).

It's because my TV is 16:9. I'll chance the ration in my system configuration and i'll make some more grab. I will also make some video but there is always a 1sec delay of what I see on the screen. I won't be able to drive around fast or good for that matter. is that cool ?

I spent a whole day making video for this community and this is the thanks I get. Alwyas an @ss posting to try to bring you down.

Yeah .. I realized I was in the wrong gallery about 10 minutes ago. You have no clue how stupid I feel, :dunce:.

I chalk it up to spending more time preparing for a final I have in an hour than I have on the course over the whole semester ...
