It's interesting that not just Fraga but Mik Hizal also speaks Japanese fluently - it's obviously not needed for being very good but funny that 2 top drivers do

I think he has been noticed, he won the McLaren shadow contest earlier this year and is well in there testing and working towards F1. You need to build up to it!
