Hard to believe that a behemoth like Microsoft, who taut their Azure cloud platform cannot cope and scale to unprecedented needs. Lots of corporations and companies, especially ISPs, cloud providers, MSPs, will be rethinking scalability after this Covid19 situation (if they haven’t started already).
Hope they have the man power because behind every cloud is a developer, a marketer, a network engineer, a technician, etc aka humans.

I mean yeah you don't build a network to handle 100 million people simultaneously, when on average you get 10. There's precautions and then there's unnecessary spending.
