3D after Spec 2.0

Probably someone already mentioned this, but I think they improved the cockpit view in 3D.

I think I'll start using my 3D glasses again

Does viewing the game in 3D similar to having three screens? By that I mean, does the experience make you feel like you're in the cockpit, and see as much as you would with multiple screens. Do you really get that "wrapping" feel like you're surrounded by the car?

Wrapped feeling, not so much. However I sit about 4' from a 60" TV. This provides a good immersion. The depth perception is far greater and you feel like you can reach out touch switches and such.

Well, I use the following 3D settings depth=7, and convergence=0.01.

The cockpit view of the Redbull X2010 on the Vettel challenge is now very good. I can see the speed correctly, not 1234km/h, LOL. The box building still looks a bit ghosty, so I guess they did not change the tracks and just improved the cockpit view. I don't know if the other cars' cockpits were also improved.

By the way, I beat my personal record on Nur, thanks to the 3D. I think driving with #D helps a bit. Before my best time was 2:09:135, and now is 2:09:101 but I'll never gold this challenge with my sixaxis T_T
