I actually can't believe I'm saying this since I have little to no free time now and haven't played in a while apart from a couple of races as Super Aguri on hard mode lol. But why the hell not, I've finished in 2nd place in the two seasons I've been in, hopefully it'll be 3rd time lucky XD lol.

And PLEASE can I have a consistent team mate, someone who turns up PLEASE! lol

I don't think this will work, as F1 2010 is just around the corner.

Great news, will add you in Kak  As below what days are best for you ?

    What days suit you ?

There has been no official release date, I am also yet to see any screenshots / videos, unless anyone could provide a link.

Come on guys, Shaggy, Hemi, Duck, Martin, where are you, oh how can I forget Ardius and Genius :)

Friday nights would be great for me, I wouldn't always make it, but I would be able to actually turn up to a few races, unlike the last couple of times.
I prefer late night races to the earlier ones though, 11pm (UK time) would be best for me to 100% confirm I can make it most weeks.
Sunday nights would be ok too, but those really would have be 11pm or later, Fridays I would be more likely to make it earlier.

As for the rest of the week, its the same as Sunday but it will be more hit and miss because I have a fair few early mornings for university.

I also wouldn't mind collisions off too, it would definitely get rid of the headache of arguments and it seems no one got any decent racing out of collisions on anyway (I had originally thought at least people could defend their lines etc, but it seems to have not worked anyway and the races people have enjoyed were time-battles rather than wheel-to-wheel).
Its a shame we can't race with collisions peacefully, but the huge lag bubbles are not helping.

Friday nights are good for me, though, as Ardius has said, 11PM on a Sunday is fine. I have other on-line commitments from 6:30-10:30.

Sundays are still good for me :D, as long as it doesn't start on Valentine's day ;) lol.
I'm not so sure about Fridays because obviously some nights i'll be going out, and I HATE missing races, it annoys me to no end lol. Any time on Sunday would be good for me really, be it 9, 10 or 11...even 12 lol.

Part of me wants to keep the Brawn name, but since there won't be a Brawn team this year, me think it's time for a change. Possibly Virgin? I do like Richard Branson, but then again part of me wants to keep true to Mr.Button, as I have since the year 2000 :D
    I'll decide another time lol.

I might join in, my wheel is gathering dust right now until GT5 comes along god knows when. The collisions-off thing will improve and ruin racing. The late braking, drafting and crazy moves which is overtaking will just become phasing through your opponents. I'm too busy for Sundays, so, anything but sundays please. Kak, would you like to have me as your 2nd driver again? Now that i'm more experienced wit the F1:CE world, and collisions are off, I think i'll do much better than last season.

OK thanks guys, 11:00 PM on a Sunday night looks to be a good choice for some, but a difficult one for me and PJ-FFL :scared:  Friday nights is good time for me, but not so good for Kak.

How about Saturday night, or perhaps Saturday during the day ?

Thanks for the info kingmart1n, I have just searched and found shopto have a release date of 26th March. If that actually happens I would be happy to eat my PS3 :yuck:

Saturday is unreliable for me, but I'm not confident of always making it anyway, so go for it  But again, night is always better.

OK thanks Ardius, looks like Saturday night / late evening could be possible.

Just need to wait for a few more of the regulars to get back on here

    Collisions Off FTW :dopey:

Saturday nights may even pose a worse problem than Fridays XD lol. Who knows, nothing is ever planned in advance when it comes to people I know lol.
Thanks for the offer PJ, I was kinda hoping that I could join forces with Gyles and have a sort or Schumacher-Rosberg esque team or Button-Hamilton, obviously that depends on how he feels about it though lol.

Saturday days may work? Not sure though :S

EDIT: I really need a team mate who can push me to the limit, I'm a competitive person and like to be on top =P lol

Hi mates! We had a snow storm here over the weekend so me and the missus had a lot of fun ;););) which means I didn't get online other than cheching some emails :p I would like to give it a go again but please remember that I'm 5 hours behind most of you. A Friday 11pm start for you would be a 6pm start for me. Doable as I get home from work around 5pm. Saturday and Sunday are good for me the next couple of months as it's to cold to do anything outside  I don't know if ZERODUCK would be interested and he's a hour behind me. I don't think it will interfere with the new F1 game much as most of us know the game well and can get on pace with little to no practice. I will keep a look out for the happenings here.

LOL kingmart1n, that's what I like to hear, I will put your name down on the drivers table  BTW I am rubbish now, I think you need to keep an eye on Kak and Hemi :)

    Thanks.

    Fantastic Hemi

Excellent, I will add you to the list, it is looking like it will be either a Friday or Saturday night, possibly between 10:30 - 11.00 PM - GMT.

Oh, if you could some how get in touch with Duck, that would be much appreciated, I have sent him a PM :)

    Thanks.

We definately need Shaggy now, where is the the two time Champion hiding ?

Oh, and as for the rules, not much to actually put in place, although I will write something up, how does a compulsory 2 stop sound ?

    Thanks.

Since we have collisions off, we could put the weather on random :nervous::scared::D that would throw a bit of drama in to it  but not on any of the tracks that have the glitches :ouch: Oh, and did any of you guys download the GT5 TT? If so, how did you do? I found out I'm better at controlling a car with no grip than I thought :sly::tup:

    Normal 1:48.778, US - 45th, global - 1075th
    Tuned 1:36.864, US - 77th, global - 1711th
    Both 3:25.642, US - 52, global - 1292

Awesome Fishfash :D, I think us combined will give us a great chance for the Constructors Title, hopefully with quite a few results like the one we had in Imola :)

Two times I have almost one the Driver's title now, 3rd times a charm and I have some good momentum coming off of double victories in Suzuka and Interlagos and was the previous winner in Bahrain, although with collisions turned off, I'll need to REALLY improve my times if I'm going to win now lol.

Good idea Hemi regarding random weather, let's see what everyone else thinks, although we could set in stone what races will be wet / dry :)

I did download the GT5 TT, but I found the car very twitchy.

Random does sound kinda fun lol XD

I hated the GT5 TT, the game physics just felt horrible. I usually pick up racing games pretty quickly, but I hated that one, got bored and deleted it lol.
I did however, think Need for Speed Shift was rather fun :D

    That's putting it lightly

I know of 2 that will have to be dry, Suzuka and Nurburgring. Are there any others that have the scoring "glitch"?

I think we can add Melbourne & Silverstone to the list and have seen it happen at Catalunya.

The other issue with Randon weather is that there is light rain and heavy rain. So the chances of rain will be higher than no rain ?

Hmm, that's a good point, unless the game engine works on a 50-25-25 basis.

Maybe we should test that out, just to make sure.
