I just bought myself a Brilliant Black S4 (my dream car IRL, yeah yeah i know...) and I am determined to drift it. Since this is the 4wd Club, I posted here to ask you guys how I should get started. I've always drifted FRs and wanted to know the general behavior of AWDs. The thing I notice is, on the latter part of a drift, I get this kind of 'understeer' feel. I dunno, am I missing something? Anyways, thanks in advance.

Yeh the understeer is natural since all four wheels are sliding.

Hmm, so you mean I'd have to change my line to compensate for the understeer? Are there ways to minize this 'understeer' thru settings?

can someone tell me how to be able to kick my rear out in my wrx more without the e brake cuz sometimes i get it out others i dont do i remove the stabs? also is that the order we joined in?

Just use the feint. Feint works good. I also tend to do this:
-let off gas
-turn and brake hard( or feather)
-then punch gas and control it with steering. Not very much counter-steer is needed.

Also, sometimes no LSD works pretty good...(for my Evo 6)Others, it doesn't
