Sports hard tyres have always been a constant in the 500pp arena I have run, so I'm viewing it as a part of the challenge. That and nordschleife put together to push the format a little before we all switch to GT6.

Im looking forward to this tonight, even though Nurb is my nemesis. Ran a couple of laps yesterday to test cars, and settled for the car I found the easiest to live with, but with others on the track and damage set to heavy, that may be a different story. Not sure of any times by others yet, but mine was a 7:59.xxx. Not a record by any means, but I was just pleased to keep the car on the track for 2 whole laps.
 
I'm loving this heavy damage racing. Great job by all to complete the Green Hell and especially the frontrunners.

I wonder where winner Will would want to race next ...
 
Definately my most enjoyable race ive ever had at Nurb. The M3 GTR I chose for the race lacked the pace of the M3 coupes and Z4's, but it was easier for me to keep it off the green. I had a few offs which resulted in limps to the pits, and a great chase at the end with Bo and Goodwolf. Great event Gary.
 
It looks like there was a variety of lap times and success at the Green Hell, with heavy damage the major player. :nervous: A great combo!

Nothing yet but if Will hasn't got back to me by Thursday I'll start pestering.

I would be proposing a date of Saturday 26th October if no-one has any objections.

I'm working weekends :-(. It makes it somewhat difficult to host the races.

Yes. Goodwolfs Maserai event runs on the Sundays inbetween Sunday Cup.

As well as Goodwolfs event, I work a 4 on, 4 off, days then nights 12 hour shifts. Which means I'm working weekends for best part of a month. So I try to do these at the beginning of and end of my weekends off. So as to evenly-ish space them and give me time to set lap numbers and take any other issues into consideration.

Just means you have to do a Schumacher on Villeneuve but better.
