Does anyone have any driving ttips to make the 575GTC less twitchy while braking?

Since this game doesn't allow you to alter suspension settings or brake bias, there's really not much you can do. The only suggestions I can offer, none of which are that helpful, are:

1. Try to brake in a straight line.
2. Try a few ticks of ABS.
3. Try to brake progressively.

The 575 GTC is probably one of the 3 most difficult cars to drive in this game. It's quite a handful.

Tips for Infineon using 575 GTC

When going into the S's do you get off the gas and drive up without braking or do you brake? How do you handle from start through the S's?
