Well folks, My Iroc is on the fritz. Well, it always is. So I haven't had it insured or registered for a good time because I just had it sitting in my garage while I was fixing it up. So finally I bite the bullet thinking I finally fixed enough of it and insured and registered it last week. I knew I had a brake job, A valve stem in needd of replacement and fluid changes to go on it then it would be "road safe" again. I get everything done this weekend and took it out for the first time in a longtime Saturday night. Everything was fine and she ran like a champ. Well today I wake up to a 50 degree day. In Florida that is cold weather. I get in the car and try starting her. . . No go, I try again and finally a third time then it struck. Massively battery drain, A sound that the Starter is sucking too much power and sounded like it is not lined up properly with the Flywheel. To add to it I can say the fuel injectors are probably clogged up too. So I have a lot of work to do to this car again . . .
and the fact being is I might have to push a 3600lbs car backwards 15 feet and then turn it and foward up a slight gradient 15 feet to get it onto concrete because it is parked on grass right now. . . I guess this is when you add the phrase "Sucks to be me!"
