So two things, does anyone know where I can get HQ photos from the race also are the speeds given by Baekdal correct?
 
TK just got out ahead of Fassler.

Well, Baekdal's data has been accurate compared to the one shown in the live stream so I guess speed is correct as well.

Indeed their modular construction is a big help. They rebuild cars in no time. But it helps a lot too that they work in a very organized fashion, even though it looks like an anarquic swarm of mecanics over a broken car. Also, they're unbeatable at pit-stops. Remember last year when the leading Audi and the Peugeot that was very close to overtake it entered the pits at the same time and while the Peugeot had fuel only, the Audi had fuel and four tyres and still came out in the lead!

The reason they came out first is because they tanked less fuel. They couldn't make 12 laps but only just. So they tanked for 11 every stop. But yeah, they were faster.

I been asleep. Anything happen?
 
I'm sure they'll give us a good show, still 6 hours to go though, so maybe the battles will only take place in the pits. But you can bet that the teeth from both teams are gonna show now.
 
This is how a Le Mans fan looks like guys :lol:. Complete with his Audi fanboy shirt, spotter guides, and can of redbull. My GF wanted a picture, so I gave her one :lol:

Just woke up, think its a terrible shame that the Delta Wing retired, I wanted to see it do well. Otherwise, looked like an exciting night of racing.
 
Well at least Pedro seems to be doing a job in the GTE AM vette.

It'd be a swan song of camaradery and good fun for Dindo. Must be a happy day for him. He's the birthday boy, and he'll be retiring with a victory.

That is what makes the race in P1 still interesting despite all the "This is boring" negativity.

Also I find it a little worrying that Aston has taken three more pit stops than the guys in front.

I'd describe it as romantic instead of interesting but yep, it's not exactly boring. That said, it's not greatly entertaining either. But I'm sure Dindo will be driving with a smile on his face, feeling absolutely overjoyed 👍.

Well a team I don't want to win is dominating this race. A team I don't want to win in V8 Supercars finished 1-2. My baseball team got their ass kicked tonight, and to add insult to injury I bet Jimmy Johnson will win the Cup race tomorrow...

Been that kind of weekend. :indiff:
