No, for me the whole Eurosport stream is delayed by 5 minutes, commentary and image.

It doesn't. I've already checked.

As far as I'm aware, there are three different transmissions. The one on the official stream that's very boring, the one from Eurosport (though the only feed I've found of it is delayed by around 10 mins) and what I'm watcihng on my TV on Fox Sports 3.
