You hace to have the proper weight and aero distribution. You cant just make an MR into and FF and expect it to work well.

I did it as a bit of fun, never was meant to be serious

Toyota putting up even less of a fight than I would have hoped. Hopefully the TS050 will be a completely different animal.

Hour 10 Lap Analysis

Nissan. Spirit of the Race. End of.

I hate the team, but they have won me over. They embody Le Mans. They embody the true origins of motorsport. They don't care about the armchair engineers who think they know it all, they don't care about the "fans" who want to revel in their struggles.

Kick ass next year Nissan. God speed.
Aw c'mon. Kicking the big guy when he's down is great fun

And my attempts on Rfactor at a FWD 1200hp Peugeot 908 to see what it was like convinced me FWD only would be slow :p

Well, you chose a rather funky car to do that with

Love the Audi zig-zagging through the gt traffic down the Mulsanne.

How big was the engine? A pint?

Yeah looks like they just stood still since last year whilst the others moved on.

Didn't expect the throwback Nissan to go first. :( Whatever the circumstances may be. Was hoping that was the one to make it to the end.

Yes. Rob Leupen from Toyota said so on Eurosport Germany.
They're producing the new parts currently, completely new, likely smaller engine, 8MJ class, battery instead of supercapacitor.

#83 has issues.

Of all three Nissans, the one with the least problems, that kept going and going, has to retire first, while the other two, who have to come into the pits like every 10 minutes, can continue their "torture" drive.
Well, talk about tough luck.

The #22 was the 1 that was running best in 20th position before it hit something not the #21.

I could run a fire extinguisher on casters and win GTAM.

Hopefully Toyota stays commited to winning Le Mans and keep developing the car instead of abruptly quitting like they did in F1

That'd probably get a tad uncomfortable over a 2 hour stint.

You'd beat the CLMByKollesLotusWhateverWeNameItThisWeek CLM/P2-P1-LMP T128 LMP1.5 as well....

what a race!

Since I was tree'd. :p

I would like to know why, out of all car companies, Ssangyong has a car ad for their Tivoli on Eurosport. I don't know if they are even big in Scandinavia.

Tracey Krohn is running in LMP2 and will still finish behind most of the GTE-AM field
