So, first of all: no, it's not about PAWEL and Baumi. It's about the general attitude. It changed and people are fighting over a stupid game instead of allowing others to make a mistake.

As I've said, I'll happily update the thread every week but I won't do anything else. Thread title has been updated as well.

Well, i'm not going to use TC anyway, so it's fine with me. But, i don't know if TC gives the faster drivers an advantage or not.
To keep it fair and equal they will probably do the same, and not use TC.

So i reckon allowing TC so the other drivers don't fall behind too much is a good idea. Maybe even thunderjolt could come and have a go.
 
I'm fine with you using tc. When you have a wheel you can feel the car, and it's easy to learn how to drive without tc. When you use a controller, you can't feel the car at all, and I know how hard it is to prevent spins when you can't feel the car. I'd be fine if you used tc, and if everyone else is fine with it then it's okay :)

Not sure what just happened.

This championship can stay alive, if enough people want it to.

I know I want this to stay alive. Can everyone who wants to race next weekend please post saying that. If there's enough of us, this'll stay alive.

If people want to use all assists, go ahead; I race online and most lobbys have all assists on.

Well, I think we've got enough people who want this to stay alive, which is awesome :)

I'm going to be really working on my race pace. I've been doing well in qualifying, with 3 straight poles, though only 1 win from those 3 is not good. It means I'm going backwards, like Lewis Hamilton :lol: I need to turn this around, and move forwards during the race. My pace at Germany isn't great either, so I'm not expecting pole. I'm creating my own setup for the track, though I lack consistency. I've gotten a 1:26.0 once, but most of my laps are in the 1:27s. Hopefully I can pick it up, and move forwards in the race :)

Also I think dynamic weather increases risk of online 'lag'

Once you have a season under your belt; maybe then turn on dynamic weather setting eh :)
 
I should be able to set up the race, however if I'm not online 10 minutes before there's a chance that my alarm clock failed, and that someone else would have to set-up the lobby.

Also BlacquesJacques, is the time change stuff still happening, or will we always start at 12:30 for the rest of the season? Or are we starting at 1:30? I can't figure it out...
 
If you would like I may be able to join and be around for a few races. Don't hold me to that by the way, but if I have the time and remember I may appear.

Not overly bothered about what I drive. 👍

JCM: I think England has switched to British Summer Time (as we have switched to daylights savings) so the time difference for me is 8 hours.

Race at 8:30 GMT is 12:30 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time

Who will host?

Alright 12:30 sounds good. I can host this race :)

Over the course of this week I've gone from 1:27s to 1:24.9s :) I'm going to go for a 2-stopper, though I haven't decided the tyres yet. Option-Prime-Prime, or Option-Prime-Option? I'm able to get consistent times on the options for at least 9laps, and on primes for at least 13laps. All depends on how much I hurt my tyres in quali :)

I did have a glitch while practicing, I went into the pits after 16laps of prime, asking for option tyres. I come out of the pits with the same tyres as I went in with. Promptly spun 3 times in a lap :lol:

Should be a fun race :)

*Rule Changes/Clarifications*
- We're going to run a dry race
- We're going to allow traction control for a couple of people
- I'm not going to mess up this time :lol:
 
So it's 8:30 BST correct? So 90 minutes?
 
I think we should keep TC on from now on. It's attracted a lot of people. If I can, I'll join in as well. :)

EDIT: Is there a space next to bayzl in the Ferrari?
Also, Mr. S, you haven't changed the first page to allow TC.

Watch out for the bollard at turn 1. It just killed my car :lol:

Also at final chicane :lol:

Everyone be extremely careful in turn 1-3. Drive cautiously and remember that lag might affect the position of the cars, that gap might not be real! Be careful.

EDIT: My internet just stopped working! Hopefully I'll get it working again soon!

EDIT2: Internet's back up :) That was quick :)
