Don't get the R10 out of the dealership,itis only the 2006 model i think, i have seen newer ones in the used car dealership

You must have seen Audi R8's, one is 2005, and another is 2001. No newer R10's.
 
Don't buy the Audi R10!! I just did unfortunately ;(

I regret not buying the Peugot 908 or the Mazda 787B. I just spent all my hard earned $$ on it. Yes it's fast, but the Minolta I won from the "Gone with The Wind" series is soooo much faster.

I maxed the R10 out, and still couldn't match my lap times around the Daytona Oval with my maxed out GT40.

Luckily I'm lovin the Minolta, so I'm not too bummed about spending the last 2 days hot lappin Indy.

I'm gonna make a ZR1 race version next. I'll let u know how it compares.

not quite sure if the stealth and non-stealth version is the same, but my stealth R10 goes as high as 390 (tranny setting - 410 top speed) in indy. B-spec bob still can't win with it on Like the wind tho.
 
Looks like the General Verdict is the 908, looks like i'll be getting that one then. 👍

But which one? I'd rather get the more colourful Privateer team version. But does it have any performance difference ?
(There do not appear to be any in the stats!)

Does having a diesel make any difference in the endurance races? I hope so. I intend to get the R10, seems like Im the only one! :P

I'm with you. I love the diesel. Here in America we seem to believe diesels are slow black smoke billowing things. I wish we could get the variety of diesels Europe gets. Oh well. Sorry mixed real life in with the game. But im gonna get the r10 someday.

I have both. The grind was not fun but it was worth it.

The R10 feels like one of the Ferrari F1 cars in GT5 to me. The handling is just fantastic, a lot better than the 908 and with some tuning i'm sure you can make it even better. They are both equally as fast too. Either car will win you a lot of races.

I bought Team Oreca Matmut Peugeot... first of all this car is factory as Oreca was especially chosen by peugeot to compete in Le Mans Series - this means both number 1 and 4 have the same performance... secondly the car was designed by some french impresionist artist, thats why the car looks a lit funky :dopey:

Peugeot is only cr.4,000,000 where as audi is cr.750,000 more and mazda over cr.1,200,000 more than the Peugeot... you get more for your money if you buy the peugeot...

I am surely going to buy Team Peugeot Total livery aswell... As well as that peugeot has such a good cockpit... sounds beast aswell...

I've seen both cars Number 1 and Number 4 this year at Le Mans Series at Silverstone 1000km from Peugeot grandstand :D and they both looked good, although Oreca Matmut was much easier to see - from mile away...👍

Now I want to see the 90X in action next year. :)
 
^ I will not spend another 4mill on another 908. Still saving up at the moment. Current cash: 4.2m. You a Peugeot fan?

I love the car even more after going to Silverstone this year 👍 908 was lapping everyone and the noise of the diesel was amazing...

I AM A HUGE PEUGEOT FAN!!! :crazy:

Notice a fin on the back and huge air intake on the roof aswell as a revised spoiler at the back...
