I'm quoting what someone else said on the tires, but I saw the spotter guide after I posted and realized before I could change it to "If mandatory".

Anyways that helps out much more than your previous answer, but it doesn't address what reg change I'm missing that change from last year. Is there a new rev rule that I missed that is different from that past couple years?

No rev rule they (aoc) justify it by calling it a "balance of performance" or bop you might see it on some references.

Go to VLC's website and install the newest version. Then go media -> open network stream and paste in the link Wardez posted.

I've downloaded the latest one on my Mac. I've tried that multiple times, comes up with a massive error log. Really odd :S
