I have yet to have my breakfast and I fell asleep for most of the time. I noticed the Toyotas have occupied 2nd and 3rd. What happened to the #3 and #1 Audi?

Puncture beggining a lap and alternator/crank sensor replacement respectively.

4:00 AM here at Spain and after watching all...I think it is time to take a break and rest.

Good night everyone.

Hope Toyota does well! Tired of Audi´s dominance. ;)

Red Bull Helmet in the #8 Toyota. Would that be Buemi in the seat now?

Fingers crossed that Toyota can get both cars on the podium. Still a hell of a long way to go, though.

Uuuuh.. Bad luck for them. Thanks for the feedback mate! But that's good news to both the Toyotas. As the #8 is in the pit having a bit of repair to the splitter, heavy rain has come down. Yikes!

"Oh, it's raining?"

*pace car stays out to keep Audi from getting a disadvantage*

Or it's simply the fact that a field of cars potentially hydroplanning on slicks at 190mph is, erm, somewhat dangerous?

They should drive at 90mph then, Toyota made the right call they should gain from it.

Which is why the teams can come in and switch to intermediates when the pace car goes off at the time it was originally scheduled to.

Agreed. Without facts that support it, all this Audi hate is nothing but a conspiracy 👎. By the way, what makes you guys think rain will slow Audi down?

Typical. It's raining so they leave the safety car out. It is up to the teams to be on the right tyres, it is not the ACO's job to baby the teams.

Audi #1 has slicks on while #2 and #3 have intermediates... Risky move by the #1 because the track will be hell slippery.

EDIT: #1 also come in for intermediates.

EDIT2: #3 is actually on full wets. Interesting..
