Yes, it is an American thing.

Hillary Clinton is the assumed presidential candidate of the Democratic party for 2008. Democrats would like to see her run because she is a strong woman and that her husband is very popular with not only Democrats, but the general public as well.

Democrats would put the sticker on the rear of their cars. Republicans would stick it on the front (for obvious reasons).
