Nsync are apparently going to be Jedi nights in the next movie. They won't have any lines or anything, but you'll see them. I think George Lucas is trying to attract the young girl audience to the series.

Yeah he himself told ET that he was doing it for his daughter. He has a daughter who loves N*Sync and his daughter begged. He said ok. Plus for your reason.

I hate posting twice in a row, but I had to add this bit of info in. It looks like there will be no N'sync in Star Wars Episode 2 after all. Apparently there was an overwheliming negative response, and all scenes have been cut.
