A car that has rockets at the rear?

I remember driving a box-shaped car that has rockets at the rear, had number 66 everywhere, & was white in GT4 & I saw I guy driving one in GT5. Anyone know the name of this car? Answering will be very appreciated!

Although to me it looks like two washing machines welded together.
