p.s. if you really know your stuff you would know that weight transfer is not used in gripping.....thats only for street tuned machines......

nucesoneand duh weight transfer is always active.....
Pick one. Your two statements are mutually exclusive.
BTW you cannot tell me there isnt some serious weight transfer going on here.. afterall it IS a race car. there is no way there will NEVER be any weight transfer going on with a car, even if it has solid suspension and tires(which is ALOT stiffer than F1, JGTC, LeMans, etc cars), weight will transfer.threadstarter guyp.s. if you really know your stuff you would know that weight transfer is not used in gripping.....thats only for street tuned machines......

Im sorry to do this but, where did High School go?So your around 17...what happen to childhood? Ya know playing around and acting like a kid?but 5 years of driving and 12 years of working on cars.....i think i'm a little ahead of most of you...
I thought that the ASE would have mechanics with good grammar?Tunning= Tuning. And you just bash people when you have the chance. You don't give them a chance to speak but instead you put in all one post and let Swift or the others get mad at you. I wish Shadow Drifter was here, or at least DR or Thio...well there is Battle Stage, Exhuast N0te...ok I will stop Rambling. But if you are an expert, maybe you should help me then. How do you kick the rear more than the Front in a AWD (a good choice would be a 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX Sti Spec.C)? But the problem is that you can't have AID(s) on, no unbalanced tires and a range of stock-400HP. And Yes, I do watch Initial D too much and they don't teach you about LSD settings or Spring rate explaination. But it some what came to a place that I only understand how a turbo works, how the ALS system works for Rally cars and what not. I forgot to mention....I LOVE INITIAL D. But you never told us what was the different approach, aside from the various techniques that was giving to us. did I mention that I LOVE INITIAL D?nucesonewell if you really wan't to get schooled let's talk real life tunning....not no funky game....

but if you really know how to tune you would know why people try to reduce wieght transfer....and how.
thats pretty retarded that your talking about knowing and having so much experience.....and you don't even know that....haha....

p.s. i was never in this forum to talk down to people i was always here to help ....it was your comments that started a dum fude thats not going to get anything solved so........say what you wan't i'm done ....your right i'm wrong you know everything i don't......i will end this here, who cares not me....
Don't we all do that?nucesonewhat i mean is run the car to it's limit but don't stress youself about being the fastest.....worry about how the car "feels"
1.make sure the car is fun to drive.
2.Know your limit for oversteer and understeer.
3.adjust your car after practicing time attack
4.make it loose enought for you to drift.
man, you havent seen any of DD's vids? there are a few of all of us drifting together, and there are many vids of our members xlinking with other people. check the video forum.SpecializedTeam DD also are great drifters but im not sure if they got drift vids knocking around on here.

Suzukito tell you the truth, pictures are worthless as far as skill goes unless you make a slideshow video. because you could have easily gotten high angle, taken a pic then spun out.
but be sure to make a post in the video section when you get your video on the computer.
you can host at google video.

what was your guestion nk4e
I have seen a Prelude Engine in a Civic before and the owner says the Torque kicks in alot. I was never bashing on you, I always do that to people. I just want to see a clip, I said the same thing to Mike and he showed me. Im still amazed at what he can do.NK or me or BOOGERSI thought that the ASE would have mechanics with good grammar?Tunning= Tuning. And you just bash people when you have the chance. You don't give them a chance to speak but instead you put in all one post and let Swift or the others get mad at you. nightkids4everBLAH!!! I thought I had proper grammer... but look at my post..
I have seen a Prelude Engine in a Civic before and the owner says the Torque kicks in alot.
I know those terms..so you don't have to change anything but back to the thread...WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT APPROACH?nucesonehell yea it kicks in.....but the problem that most people find when they do that swap is complain about understeer....since the engine is a dohc(dual over head cam) 2.2 liter....compared to the sohc 1.5 liter engine that came out...understeer is a problem that comes to play..why ....couple of things happen..
1.more wieght..
2.the motor has to have custom mounts making the engine sit 4mm more up towards the front clip.
3.more power = more understeer for fwd cars....
but yea nice torque from the h22,
i drove the car when i swaped the old ecu to a newer one and wow...
i launched it from 2400 rpm and it picks up crazy..
nightkids4everI know those terms..so you don't have to change anything but back to the thread...WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT APPROACH?
Keiichi Tsuchiya said that in the Drift Bible...nucesonea diffrent approach at drifting ......well i guess ther were none...the stuff that i posted was the way i prepare my cars and thats about it....
my best addvice for anyone is learn how to feel the cars in gt4 and you will unlock everthing else....
why:
unlocking the feel, will let you understand and will let you collect data for the car....
"FEEL"
what i mean is when you keep driving in gt4 or any other chapter of gt....you can acctually feel the car when your driving....
letting you collect data on understeer,oversteer,brakes...ect
nightkids4everKeiichi Tsuchiya said that in the Drift Bible...
土屋圭市 Tsuchiya Kei'ichnucesonewho is keiichi tsuchiya and what the hell is the drift bible.....????
What's wrong with my reading? I don't care much either, because until you post up some proof it's all BS to me and everyone else.nucesonewell it looks like you can't read.....but let me post it again i don't care....
ha ha......
nucesoneand how the hell are your uncles car dealers....lol
can i literally walk into them and buy a car....lol
now cmon, dont go jerry rigging things so they work, thats not the proper way of going about things. just go buy hasports shift linkage and get it over with. although you might have a problem getting the old linkage off if you dont have a 8mm punch(or something of equal size that wont harm the pin) to get the b---- pin off.nucesonei'm swaping a b16A into a 91' honda crx si
and the clutch linkage is not fitting properly into the bracket i told the customer that he might need to get a new linkage for proper fitting but he doesn't want to .....so what should i do custom make a linkage plate or use a hoist to tug on the linkage...
