I more than agree however that tyre are a massively important part of racing, if I recall correctly a member once did a comparison with GT4 to look at which upgrade gave you the best lap time advantage for the money spent and tyres came out in top. They are the only upgrade that will improve acceleration, cornering and braking in one hit.

I just have to say that a weight reduction also improves all these very same factors. Not as much, and not as cheap, but I guess I´m being picky...:sly:

But I think also that having manufacturers represented is a good idea, since, if done correctly, there are differences between tyre manufacturers as well as car manufacturers. Simply put, some tyres suit some cars better, and having a larger variety is never a bad thing. The tuning aspect would grow multifold just by this simple implement.
Of course they don´t have to represent all manufacturers, but having Bridgestone, Michelin, Yokohama, Dunlop, Kumho, Pirelli and Goodyear would be a nice addition.
 
i still dont get what they mean by Normal tires. Like stock tires? My friends sti comes with those special tires. Does that mean that its S tires?? I just want clarity, lol
