@Renesis: Doesn't the GTI have that problem? I know you said it's a Japanese car you're thinking of...

Erm not that I'm aware of - can't remember to be honest! But the Japanese car in question is quite modern, and the weirdly-short gear is very noticeable.

Well, what I meant was that when you drive the Prius, it doesnt seem to have any semblance of gears. Of course it will need to have them.

Hint: according to GT4, the car is new this year. (Giving it away now!)

Possbily a Dodge Charger, or Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray, or one of the old Camaro's! Several cars that might fit the bill.

On GT4 the Ford RS200 Rally Car is sold in America. But in real life which car registration office is the GT4 rally car registered to. No clues this time and the exact answer please

The Charger was the one I was after, and the Superbird is also a good example.
Actually i really don't know about that, it could possiblly be that all those colors do infact exsist, I've seen mabe 4 different colors on the road, Lime Green, and a really dark green, black and orange. But i've seen mabe 10 different colors at car shows.

Only a few of these colors were offered from teh factory for the charger and the superbird, chrysler sent them the entire color selections for those years, instead of just the colors for those cars, PD didn't figure out to limit it, so we got the entire chrylser lineup, but that means we have more color options.

SOrry to go OT, Back to the Question

Oh, C'mon...
I have no clue. All I know is it would've been declared SORN, being an offroad car, but I have no clue as to which office it was registered to.

SORN means the vehicle is off the road - i.e not road worthy or being worked on - meaning the car doesnt require road tax, which all road legal cars do in the UK. Being a rally car, the RS200 needs to be fully road legal, and hence it (along with almost every stage rally car before and since) have registrations.

The final two letters 'OO' are the local area identifiers on the old system of UK plates - this means the vehicle was registered to the DVLA in Chelmsford, Essex, England. The current WRC Fords are typically Essex registered - e.g. Gronholm's Sweden car was EU 55 BMW - the EU of the new system locating the reg. to Essex. The Essex registrations extend right back to the Mk1 Escorts - this is a result of the Boreham facility, which was the home of Ford Motorsport from 1963 to 2003. I can only guess they are continuing the tradition.

I supose it's your turn to ask a question...

I would guess the Toyota Motor Triathlon Race Car, seeing as it only has ONE gear :) well two if you count reverse :nervous:

dunno if thats right or not, but I gotta go so I'll post a question... if I'm wrong in my answer ignore my question of course :sly:

What two cars are won twice but are both totally useless in races?

You were correct. The Triathalon is a rather unique vehicle. With no gearing (being a silent electric car), it can reach top speed going backwards. It's also a tandem 2-seater, and it's the only car that renders a passenger while racing, too.

The 2CV isn't usless in races, there is even a race specifically for it (and neither is the pace car for that matter, which can be won twice and raced).
I believe he meant a car like the Nike, that is ineligible to enter any races.
