Hi Niels welcome back 👍

I thought best to put it back to May to get some other events out of the way and plenty of advance knowledge is usually best for drivers! If the majority would prefer an earlier start date then we can easily bring it forward to March or April?

... as for tracks I will be looking at what tracks will be more popular simply by going by the popular suggested tracks ... maybe a poll closer to the competition start date

I've done my 8 choices. I've watched the ARC before and it looks interesting. Mind if I have a go?

Just one question: Seeing as there are Group B rally cars in GT4, if any are picked, will they go into a seperate class? I mean, think about it: these things had 400-500hp, while the modern rally cars only have 300, and the older ones will struggle as well. If Group Bs go up against a normal WRC car of today, they would destroy them. Especially since there will be 6 tarmac races.

We'll be racing the same car in each round, so we need no separate classes

The group B cars won't destroy the normal WRC cars anyway, unless we drive on a track like Midfield. The WRC cars may have less hp, the have more torque. Peak torque is also reached at a lower rpm, they have a more advanced 4WD system, better brakes, 6-speed gearbox, etc. Just try Cathedral Rocks 1 and Citta di Aria with the Focus Rally Car and the RS200 Rally Car. They will be closer than you expect

ARC will start sometime in May, It will run for 8 weeks with 6 Tar races and 2 Dirt races, all races will be run in Rally Cars as previous ARC comps 👍
If you think you can make it then we'd be happy to see you in the line up, and also feel free to vote for a maximum of 8 cars in the poll at the start of this thread towards finding the cars that will be driven during the comp

I will be posting a warm up race in a few weeks to hopefully get people in the mood
